Founded in 2024, Admont Publishing Co. is a publisher utterly dedicated to the past. Encapsulating and inspired by both medieval and baroque aesthetics, respectively, we care deeply about ensuring that our readers are provided with the utmost quality of classic literature, with illustrations in all their glory.

The Abbey is a literary magazine that includes features on any and all things literary, features ranging on topics from banned books to treatises on Russian Literature and the eccentricities of medieval libraries.

Our primary focus in publishing has always been to create a collection of illustrated works of classic literature that speak to each reader. Said collection has emerged as “Admont Classics,” featuring texts by notorious authors of the past with a penchant for somehow writing what have now become the greatest works of all time. We value classic literature because we believe it will always have a place in modern society and the hearts of its constituents.

Kimberley Yasmine Dunn is a poet, aspiring translator, antiquarian bookseller, and scholar. Studying at UC Berkeley, she studies English and Russian Literature. She founded Admont Publishing Co. to provide a home for her magazine as well as her floundering ideas regarding innovative ways to offer classic literature to the modern reader - in a way that garners attention and proves aesthetically pleasing to the eye. In her free time, she scours for rare, antique books and enjoys collecting limited edition vinyl.
